... the day. Some dared to climb the rock wall and others went down the giant slide. In the park, many found shade to cool off.

And the apples. Oh, so many apples! The bearded man was selling bags of mountain apples for anyone to buy. Mouths watered for the apple jam, apple butter, candied apples, baked apple pies and apple cider.

Just a like an apple in a warm oven, the festival was baked to perfection!
