There our main contact was Alec from Tozer seeds who are distributing callenti mustard in the UK. After a brief presentation from a PHD student Bruno ( we call him Bruce) we went to a farm next door to the Uni and looked around his yard and grain shed (stores 8,000 MT) and looked at ...

... and very different to other Fire Services. I don’t believe for a second that my approach was always correct, but I did develop a good national reputation. I was happy with work but I felt constantly that I wanted to do something completely different, it was like a nagging in my head but I had no idea what. I just felt that my relationship with the Fire Service was coming to an end.
