We had to check out of our hotel this morning but we weren't flying to Paris until just after midnight so we had the whole day ahead. We stowed our luggage with the helpful hotel staff and hoped they had understood we were returning for our luggage and not to sell our luggage.
We caught the train out to an area of Guangzhou called Chimelong. Located at Chimelong is a safari park zoo, a water park and an amusement park. ...

I guess I have got used to the staring, but this was more intrusive than I have had for a long time, so we were quite pleased when he went away near the end.

Later that day we went up the Canton tower, as it was a lovely clear day and the air looked clean.

... as the day we got her. There are kids everywhere, some were special needs but many were not. All waiting for families...There are 2000 children being cared for at this orphanage. 1000 on site and another 1000 in foster families. Foster care was just starting when Hannah was a baby. We were happy to hear that foster care has become more prevalent. Our next stop was a reception for Hannah. We walked into a conference room and on the screen said "Welcome back Bo ...
