Got into Newark on time. Weather was lovely. Flight was excellent. But got no sleep. Got to see the New York City skyline on the landing...unfortunately couldn't get a photo. Now, I'm sitting and eating a creamy NJ Italian sub with fellow travelers. But I'm exhausted. I look forward to hopefully getting sleep on the trip to Tel-Aviv. ... to 89th St. It was so crowded we couldn't move. We arrived at the Guggenheim only to find that there was no jeweller in front of the Guggenheim today. Damn! At least we tried.
Then we caught the local Met bus down 5th Ave to 71st St to visit the Frick Collection. Arrived at 5pm, cost USD40. The artwork was amazing and the home divine.
We walked across Central Park to 67th St. It was so pleasant as the sun was going down, ...

On the way back to the bus stop, we passed a little pub that looked like it would have held about
20 people, but I loved the name.
Some of the road signs are quite low and have nearly taken the heads off the guides a couple of times, but this sign is the lowest and near a traffic light so if the buses get stopped, people stick ...
