Up early and catch the bus into the city, then trek up to Edinburgh castle, Very impressive which is just as well as it was a bloody hard slog up the hill to get there!! It was so good to talk to him, and to know that jack all has changed since I talked to him before. I mean he has a beard which is weird and that rhymed and I am proud of that last sentence.

We spent some time walking through Castle gate: here are some really great old buildings; the old gallows and where the gates to the castle are located hence the name.
