... we have been on the N260. It is probably one of the best motorcycle roads in the world. It has everything. When we leave Andorra on Sunday, we will take it in a westerly direction and with a few deviations stay with it into the Pyrenees.

... in the woods. The meat cannot be sold commercially, but I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on some for a stew, just to try it. The wild birds, which includes 8 doves, are eating me out of house and home and we have something nasty in the wood pile! We had been riding a lot of the day with Nuna, a guy from Lisbon in Portugal who was one of the ‘Triple Crown’ riders - the group of nine who were doing all the Haute Route events in succession.
