... Belo Horizonte, we traveled to Ouro Preto, a small town with lots of churches and museums... Here we went to a Science & Rock Museum and explored some churches, overall we weren't too impressed with the small town but would have been much more enjoyable if we had a guide- everything was in Portuguese and we couldn't understand even the descriptions !!!

I woke up and made my way slowly to Dona Vera's place where I met up with Alex. Jess had given him some chores to do so we had to go and do that. Alex and I decided to walk to Savassi as opposed to catching a taxi so that we could see some sights on the way. It was along the same route that the taxis all take and there are some interesting buildings. We picked up Jess's altered clothes after a bit of a debacle in the store. Relatively boring day
