    ... and fail to open an unlocked door. Obviously we made it out or you wouldn't be seeing this post! It was lots of fun but not as challenging as challenging since we have so much herald hunt practice (also our team name was sNOw way out).     ... where my godmother was waiting for us. We were showered with chocolate and couldn't thank her enough. Helped my godbrother set up for his best friend's surprise 20th birthday party. Balloons, streamers, old photos, food and drinks and a ton of alcohol, the whole 9 yards. We even made sandwiches, now that's dedication. After all of the effort we put in we were invited to the party and who are we to decline such a kind offer, I mean music, food, alcohol and cute guys heck why not? ...

    ... river the next day. Phoebe very much enjoyed her new pastime off spending hours throwing stones into the river. Our last day in Bern was a steady one getting some odds and sods done. We biked over to Mike's work in the afternoon and Phoebe met the chickens and other animals - looks a fantastic place to work surrounded by countryside with views of the Alps. They've even got an egg vending machine. Whatever next.

    ... the little village in which they live. It is BEAUTIFUL. The views from the house are 180degrees of mountains (when the weather isn't overcast like today!) ... there will be many photos to come I assure you!

    We spent this evening bonding with the kids and also meeting another family who are staying here at the moment - the mother is Kiwi, the father Irish and the boy Finn sounds like he's from America! So we're so 'multi-culti' ...
