After a fairly bumpy crossing through the Bay of Biscay we arrived at Vigo this morning. Hopefully, I will be able to post this when we go ashore after breakfast. ... Spanish children start school at 10am and finish at 5pm? It seems that families are dependant on grandparents to manage work, school and home life. Perhaps this is a hangover from rural days when people worked in the fields. Interestingly you do see a lot of Dads picking up children from school.
