        ... bunk beds. I learned an important lesson at this hostel. If a room there is £7.50 a night, it's 7.50 a night for a reason. I coated myself in bug spray before I got into the rickety bed, there was a random power cut at one point and the toilet in the shared bathroom was actually inside the shower cubicle. I can't write much at all about Florianopolis by day and I have no photographs. But I can certainly vouch for the nightlife. No ...

We waved our fond farewells to Sergio and the Black Swan, (a rogue Irish sports bar) before trekking off to the bus station to make our way into Uruguay.         ... out while Lucky went in for a very quick dip. It was enough for us to run back home to have a nice hot shower. As always the afternoon was well spent with a siesta.

        In the evening we caught a bus to a nearby township. There were a lot of tourist shops and souvenirs available.
