... this was our first thing on the 'to-do list' in Brinchang where we were staying. we found a little restaurant right across the street from our hotel and finally ordered the steamboat. the waitress prepared the whole thing in front of us and we only enjoyed the ready made meal that was really delicious. ... strange bird and insect noises even the weather was the same cold and raining!! In fact we were cold all day we haven't been cold for about 4 months! Finally we went down to the tea plantation factory to see the processing area and buy a cup of tea. It had a great taste I really like it, think I will be purchasing some to take back home! The first interesting town as we head towards Cameron Highlands is Ringlet. Ringlet is a bustling town; lots of shops selling all kinds of stuff. There are banks and petrol stations.There is even a Starbucks.
