[Postscript]- Was just interrupted writing up this entry as Janine suggested a scorpion had somehow made it into our room. Fortunately Mike, the assistant at our accomodation, swiftly dealt with it. Attached is the photo to prove it. My first ever sighting of a scorpion and although the picture doesn't make it clear he was big!

... and Alex and had a quick chat with them before heading back for our Robben Island tour, feeling optimistic as the weather had picked up a bit. Got there and it was cancelled, as on the test run it was so bad even the driver had been sea sick! So got our refund and had a quick look at the exhibition of the history of the island, and decided we'd definitely have to come back to Cape Town someday to do it! ...

... the honey. Everyone on board fell in love with their music which was both soothing and lively.
