Domov sme stihli prist este pred obedom. Esterka sa najedla a isla spat. Mysleli sme si, ze si pospi nejake dve hodinky, ale nas sused nemal v nedelu nic lepsie napraci ako pilit dlazdice na dvore, takze Esterka spala len nejaku hodinku. Aspon skor zaspi v noci. :-)

Day 3

Cycling in the wine lands!
... but mostly flat. We biked to the vineyard we were having lunch at and had a fabulous meal followed by a wine tasting. I was very sore and very sleepy after all of that biking followed by wine. I felt like I had a first full day of skiing after not hitting the slopes in a year!
After the tasting, we went to Stellenbosch and explored a bit. That is another one of the little, charming towns in the wine lands. We bought our injured professor a "get well" bottle of wine and ...
Vreemde eend in de bijt

June-Rose (huisgenoot) had ons uitgenodigd om samen met haar en een vriendin van haar naar een gospelconcert te gaan. Heidi, Christine en ik willen graag meer weten van de cultuur hier en daarom besloten we mee te gaan. Eest haalden we Kim op uit een van de wijken in Kaapstad. Het was al donker en overal op straat zag je duistere figuren lopen. June-Rose vertelde ons dan ook dat we hier echt niet over straat mochten lopen omdat we dan niet veilig zouden zijn.
