The fudge was handmade by a church member and provided to bless our new friends in Nicaragua.

We arrived at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky last Sunday and camped at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground. Was a very nice campground with many amenities and we had a large shade tree on our site. That afternoon Elena and I visited the Kentucky Race Horse Retirement Center. The tour we were able to take was up close and personal with many of the horses- of whom many were former Derby winners. ... There was something on at the river front and there were many people on a old boat at the dock. There were people walking across a pedestrian bridge to Indiana and it looked as though there was some sort of festival around the base of the bridge.
