      ... wonderful hotel. We firstly settled into our room and found that the floor hadn't been vacuumed, the room light didn't work, there was no a/c and we had to open the window above the traffic on the Main Street, there was only one bath towel.       ... remain as the allies completely destroyed them at the close of the war. We encountered a slight delay here with some of the group unable to get down in the elevator in time to catch the scheduled shuttle coach. 25 minutes later and we were all back together and on our way to Innsbruck.       The majority of our time here has been spent socialising. Lyn and I drove over to a Bundanoon coffee shop to meet up with mutual friends made through teaching at the school. What a lovely time we had after which Lyn and I wandered around to our old place of work.       ... like it was worthwhile. The elevated walkway is perched on top of the Illawarra escarpment and the centrepiece is a 106 step spiral tower with views of the valleys and ocean. That's the theory. Today we could barely see through the mist and cloud but did see sun shining in the valley below. However we did spot of fluffy Tawny Frogmouth with a chick (or two?) in a tree right beside the walkway. There also appeared to be a wombat in his/her hole beside the path ...
