See that Campsite?

After almost finishing the part of the Pennine that I call “The Ball Breaker” Ryan points down the mountain to a little campsite in the distance. It was far away but hope sprang back into my heart until he said, “See that campsite? Our campsite is only 2km from there.” YEARGH!!!

It has been a bit of a blur today, as well as the Royal Marsden we have been to Addenbrookes in Cambridge, THe Queen Elizabeth in Birmingham and now I am sitting in a cosy front room in Sheffield with a real fire!
I am excited about tomorrow as we will be going back to my home town of Newcastle. Yippee!!
I have taken a few pictures of the day.

... the CHANGE. I don't particularly like change, but I like to take myself out of my comfort zone sometimes and see what I can handle. Keep challenging myself.

WOW what a week! No sooner had we unpacked our bags and repacked our belongings into storage we were packing again to start our adventure! We had only a very short time to catch up with family before we were saying our goodbyes again. Although we never thought we'd be ready our bags are finally packed and were on the train down to London Kings Cross. We are very tired so hope to get some sleep on the overnight flight to Nairobi.

We woke up at 6:15am to get ready to meet our tour to Stonehenge and Bath at Kings Cross at 7:55am. We barely made it. We had to run for our tour bus! I hadn't even eaten breakfast yet. Anyways, we made our way around London picking up people along the way and then we finally departed towards Stonehenge, after stopping quickly to pick up some snacks for my grumbling stomach. ... there. After walking through the Cannon Hall Gardens, I went into the Hall itself and made an appointment with the assistant archivist, Vicki Turner, on Monday the 20th. While I was waiting I looked about the Museum a bit (photography and video prohibited).
