We had to come up with a plan B and found the very pretty town of Mittenwald was close by. The buildings in this part of Bavaria are painted with murals which is quite different to other areas. ... festival, and they had big, big head pieces on. They had trees, and something about God on everyone one, and they had big, big bells on their necks. They also had big splats of poo. We got a bell to take home, we will show you when we get home. There was a lot of people in a big crowd. And then we took the gondola up the mountain and we had a very good view and it was really fun taking the gondola up with grandma and grandpa. And when we went up the mountain there was a little goat ...
