Arrived on time and bought a Dutch sim card for my phone. I'll be here for a while and lots of people to contact and it will be handy for transport apps to have a bit of data too. Then off to get a transport card for travelling on the trains and maybe buses too.
I found the right train with one change at Zwolle and then Rosa met me at Groningen train station.
It is great to be here and it is sunny and warm!
Me, Tamara, Carmen, and their grandma spent the past week in Langeoog. It is pretty small island, but it has been so much fun. The island doesn't allow cars so we have to bike everywhere, and it is honestly a nice change. It's very peaceful here and the beach is so beautiful. Yes, it is in the North Sea, so the water was freezing but we still went swimming and had such a great time. I definitely hope to come back and vacation ...

Next day we saw sheep, sheep & more sheep under a bright blue sunny sky. I could swear I was in New Zealand without the mountains! The livestock provided enormous pleasure for the girls as there were many cute spring lambs with their mothers. There were many attempts to try and pat the lambs-not ...
So we travelled south driving on the motorways thru a tunnel under the river in Hamburg and headed for Bremen. The roads were blocked heading the other direction, I guess if there's been one accident then the whole motorway system shuts down. Luckily our way is flowing freely.
But not for long, soon we are in a traffic jam, moving very slowly, so we decide to exit at the next junction and head ...
