Arrived on time and bought a Dutch sim card for my phone. I'll be here for a while and lots of people to contact and it will be handy for transport apps to have a bit of data too. Then off to get a transport card for travelling on the trains and maybe buses too.

I found the right train with one change at Zwolle and then Rosa met me at Groningen train station.

It is great to be here and it is sunny and warm!

The wind had died down, making for very pleasant cycling along the sea wall where numerous sheep grazed. We were on the lookout for a wild camping site for the evening. By 9pm our ...

... I buy a bit of Delft pottery, we have a drink in a nice little bar on the canal and then off again this time to Volendam.
I had been there before but Kerry hadn't. It was suppose to be a fishing village but it is just a tourist spot now, a place for the rich to park up their huge boats and sit and pose. So many stalls all selling herrings, eels, cockles, fish things, and not appealing to us so ...
