      ... etc. The highlight however was the 25ft tall statue of the 11 headed Kannon, which as legend has it, washed up on shore in the 7th century in order to save the land having been thrown into the sea years before in a far away place in japan (Unfortunately no photos were allowed of Kannon).       ... to a theme park it is unbeatable, it's size and scale and proximity are amazing and it isn't done justice in the photos at all. Our hotel tonight is more Crossroads motel than Hilton but we did pop across the road for an Italian (of sorts).
