... This photo gripped me. It tore me to pieces. I cried and cried. I was so angry. I was angry at myself for going into a cafe just hours earlier for a hot chocolate and a danish. I was angry for the parts of our lunch that I didn't eat because I hate tomatoes. It made me think of a situation that I experienced at Concordia last winter.<br><br>I was on my way to a Concordia basketball game. It was around 11:00 a.m. and the game was at noon and I ...

Or did I just choose the career that seemed logical at the time and because I had a knack for it?<br><br>Now, don't get me wrong. I loved my marketing, communication and business classes. They were challenging and fun, and I learned so much.<br><br>So why didn't I say that "marketing for a company" or ...
Kolding, Jutland, Denmark meluebke... for both adults & kids. Enjoyed the working Viking village with actors living in Ribe very much. Including a working Viking Blacksmith & potter. Its all done very well & not over priced. Reenactments of Viking skirmishes were very good & they really go for it! kids always love that bit. Sailed out on the fiord at Roskilde & even got to help rowing the boat as crew. saw the Jelling stone ...
Middelfart, Fyn and the Central Islands, Denmark tucker47Stayed in Aarhus as our sleep over stop, mainly becasue Billund has no hostels! Billund, Jutland, Denmark s.cruickshank... The lines were also inventive since they had lego building stations that the children could play in while their parents went through the lines. <br><br>The parks was also dog friendly and we saw so many cute dogs walking around!! There were even drinking stations set up by dogs made of legos. <br><br>Fun fact: Cotton candy in Denmark is called "Candy Floss."<br><br>We ate at a traditional Danish buffet for dinner that ...
Billund, Region South Denmark, Denmark annalise.m... World the ride operators would tell you exactly which cart to be in and where to stand; after maneuvering through the lines at Legoland you got to pick where you wanted to be stationed for a ride. Being an American in this environment initially caused a little anxiety because I was used to being told where to wait, where to stand, and when to get on. At one point in the day we were in the front of the line and hesitated before strolling over ...
Billund, Jutland, Denmark annalise.m"Phaedrus got this far with his concept of Quality because he deliberately refused to look outside the immediate classroom experience. Cromwell's statement, "No one ever travels so high as he who knows not where he is going," applied at this point. He didn't know where he was going. All he knew was that it worked. In time, however, he wondered why it worked, especially when he already knew it was irrational. Why should an ...
Kolding, Jutland, Denmark cobra1899... dog Fluffy with us, we then did a tour around the area. Starting off by having an ice-cream down by the water. Great strawberry icecream and very generous too. We asked and were charged for 2 scopes but got at least 4 in each. Only problem was that there wee quite a lot of wasps around that were keen to share our ice creams. Next we headed into Frederica to buy a computer for Sebastian. Peter wanted my advice. Hopefully I gave the right advice ...
Billund, Jutland, Denmark wish... but I could work out the ingredients well enough to make a tried and trusted dish of salmon wrapped in prosciutto & lentils with fresh herbs. Interestingly none of them had cooked lentils before and as Gitta was a vegetarian, this was a great opportunity to introduce her to such a useful foodstuff. The meal was very successful and we had a lovely evening chatting & looking at slides from their trip to Australia 10 years ...
