I had a dispute with Alamo, the rental car company when i dropped the car off. i had booked the car for 10 days, and they tried to charge me for 11. The flight to Denver was very bumpy for the last 30 minutes due to a huge storm heading across the state.

... good thing! Then back to Peak 9, where we ended the day coming down Colombia to Lower American - it was great! We both really enjoyed the blues and greens, and were skiing together! Such a great day - the weather was lovely - sunny and warm, up to about 25 degrees. Back to the condo, changed clothes and headed out. Stopped by Ollie's pub and had a drink before dinner. I had a Mountain Mule - very good! A young lady next to me chatted for a bit - ...

... their village, and thought to myself, "just think about what I would be doing if I had passed up this opportunity to be here." I was proud of myself for making the decision to leave my job and listen the voice inside of me saying, "get up and go! You are in your 20's and need to see more of the world before you no longer have the flexibility."  One of the many beauties of this trip was I did not have the comfort of my family or a tour guide walking me through every step. Instead, ...

... for dinner. On the way back we Ben picked me up and threw me in the snow and then Leon. Leon got Ben back while Nadia was watching and laughing. Ben decided to pick Nadia up and she started screaming as only Nadia can. Ben gave Nadia to Leon who dumped Nadia in the snow (her scowl at Leon was priceless). We also bought some Christmas beer this night and watched Love Actually at Cat's insistence. We did more skiing after Christmas and graduated to moguls and black diamonds. ...
