    ... 8230;..we hit the waves like ducks to water!.....then jumped back out looking like two ice cubes!! The water was FREEZING!!     Surfers paradise beach is full of rough waves. Obviously, since it's surfers paradise. But there's only like 20ft areas where you can swim, and maybe like 4 or 6 sets of these swimming areas along the beach. It's for safe swimming and rightfully so. I went in the safe area and got knocked over while standing on shore! The water was lovely and warm though, I jumped right in. They have lifeguards which is nice. ...

    ... whilst the sea gulls flock but we see them off. We need to get the bus back and decide to get some beers for the beach when we get home.
