    ... Bay and the Logan. Sister, Olivette and Ronny jumping on at Hervey Bay for a week in the Sandy Straits and finally friends, Dellie and Louise embarking at Hervey Bay for a few days after we arrive back from the cruise .....what cruise ..... no, not this cruise ..... the South Pacific cruise! I'm exhausted just thinking about it all.

    ... driving all the way back to Darwin, a long road trip! Paul & Rhonda then played tour guide and took us all around their area, showing us the sights. We saw Lake Coothabarra, where they chug around in their boat, Noosa Heads (surfers and beaches!), Tewania, and all the beaches and scenic views between!

    ... t too far away which was handy, but the humidity was terrible and I was sweating so much. Ate our food then waited for the bus, had a bit of hope when one turned up, but it was just going to the Zoo.
    Bus did turn up eventually, go to put our stuff on first, as we were the only people from Noosa going to Mooloolaba… Not a great sign maybe.

    ... out on an educational opportunity. So we've watched 'Oranges and Sunshine', about the enforced deportation of UK children in the '50's and 60's to Oz, and 'The Killing Fields' to give them some background to Cambodia.  We've also got out 'Ghandi' in preparation for India!  Rox intimated she'd seen it and that it was very sad, 'cos he gets shot at the end.....eventually we worked out she was talking about 'Bambi'.  How we laughed.
