    ... terminal exchanging grins and trying not to laugh as one lady kicked off about missing her bus claiming it was the staffs fault and that she was here on time. Now when I say kicked off I mean I've never heard the word "****" (sorry mum) said so many times in quick succession! Being sat in the bus terminal an hour beforehand myself I can say with 99% certainty she WAS NOT on time for her bus! Time for a nap for this tired travelling girl.     ... to check everything was packed. I checked out of my hotel and waited for a cab.

    While I waited I ate a banana. A baby elephant came and put his trunk on my shoulder and pressed his trunk on my cheek, like a kiss goodbye. My cab arrived and gave my banana to the baby elephant and he loved it. I put my bags in the back of the cab and sat in the car.

    ... visa form processed. I have gotten the B - 2 type visa which is a pretty standard tourism visa not allowing me to do paid work in foreign countries. I had to go to post office to get the visa applications lodged and then sent back to me and It was a bit of a longer process than i had hoped for but I eventually got signed off and approved.     ... holiday. You tick what you want, it compiles your list and when you pack you can tick them off again then print off your list (might be handy if you have lost luggage). It does make you think do I need this? My accommodation and rental car services have apps I've loaded (paperless!). These are helpful as I check I'm still 'confirmed' and make changes as needed. Hint of the week - don't get accommodation you can't change, the extra few dollars are worth it. ...
