The worst part of preparing was getting the awful vaccinations, For starters I had to make sure my routine vaccinations were up to date (measles-mumps-rubella, diptheria-tetanus-pertussis, varicella and polio). ... a kangaroo wearing nothing but a nappy and a pair of boots, followed by Grace who I think was being a dolphin, and then phoebe would follow carrying a handbag with all her worldly possessions in (a bag of jellybeans, a bracelet, some loombands, a koala and a pen - sounds a bit like my handbag actually).

... br> Good to see Singapore in daylight, it is usually dark when I have arrived in the past. Hundreds of cargo boats lined up to enter the port.

We landed and took off pretty quickly as large thunderstorms were brewing around Singapore. Another unremarkable leg to Brisbane (which is always good when you're flying) and we landed at 00:45am, after leaving Barcelona 25 hours earlier. Now to get over the jet lag.
