      ... On the radio, about a years ago a lady on the radio said it was the best place on earth.
      I agree,it was lovely, not sure I would say the best, but a good place to visit.

      We saw a turn off to Currumbian rock pools. Drove up to find people jumping in.

      A message from Option Town early on Sunday morning told us that we would not be upgraded to premium economy but we would still have hot seats giving us extra leg room. Having a "hot seat " is not related to the consumption of a hot curry and was not equivalent to the comment "nice buns". We would have been upgraded at the airport if a large family had not checked in before us as seven premium seats were free at the start of the day. ...

      ... bro's was a great day, and they had some really good rides there. Wet 'n wild was also a good day out, with some superb water slides. We found ourselves very grateful for the theme parks, as they were the only good thing about Gold Coast! The parks were the sole reason we included GC in our plans, so I guess it makes sense. The people of Australia as a general rule we found rude and abrasive, and putting our NZ inherited pre-conceptions aside, I genuinely found ...
