... goodbye and their cab was waiting and I had to go to bed and it was all too quick. Too many goodbyes in too short a time. But then, that is the problem with time. When is there ever enough time? So I hugged them both goodbye and promised to meet up with them both soon once they are in the States, and they left to go back to lovely Oxford.
I headed up to my room for a quick phone call home, a quicker shower, and sleep before my 6AM ...
... but it felt like much longer. And as I walked through the Porter's Lodge and into Chapel Quad, it all felt so welcoming and familiar and happy that I had to stop for a moment and take it all in. Most of the stuff was fairly easy; Jillian helped update the admin contact page with the new photos and information, which worked out fine even though there were a few hiccups in the layout of the page at first. I had already made all the maps last year, so I just had to update them with this year's new classrooms, and the schedule just gets printed from our Google drive. The only thing I had to create was the Top 10 list.
