... sending the steaks back (no one came over immediately anyway to check to make sure they were right) so we ate what we could and had entirely too much fun complaining and insisting we were not paying for the two steaks (even though we ate them). In the end, we won. We played a few games of air hockey (which I dominated) and turned in early to get up early for our bus ride back to Rio!

... here and feel so comfortable in it compared to at home when everyone makes a point of commenting on how small they are (which by all means, they arenīt - especially by Brazilian standards!). Prudes! ... s not that big. But it is pretty big all the same - you can see it from all over town. The view is really good from up there too. I only made it onto the beach one day when I dug out my speedos and went down to Ipanema and spent a couple of hours lying on the beach checking out the brazilian beef. And pretty damn talented those locals are too! The waves were pretty full on, I went out for a swim and got totally dumped. ...
