So, while England was on flood warnings we decided to head towards more water - Liverpool.     ... I have travelled to Oxford, Cleethorpes and Scotland to name just a few. Despite all my efforts, it will always be a challenge to see everyone so I take this opportunity to say farewell and good luck with the year ahead.

    ... Liverpool was still a run down, grubby old port town full of derelict buildings. This may have been true once but today, wow it is such a beautiful port city, and the dock areas look amazing with the combination of old and new buildings. Many of those buildings are museums or art galleries and remarkably they and the other museums by the station are free to enter.     ... search of the entrance before finding it. We aren't having much luck!! Then it was off to this amazing sight to see...Primark...lol! So it looks like we'll be getting some more rain so it was suggested we all pick up some cheap shoes in case we wanna throw them out after some of the excursions if it rains.     ... town and picked up my train ticket for tomorrow. & rob (Julia's man) wanted to show me wentworth house estate, so we went for a drive and oh it's big a beautiful!! Like an old mansion!
