... kaz nearly got swept away by the current and decided to nut the boat!!! the tropical water was warmer than we were at the time so the whole experience was a LOT of fun! After a long hard day we headed back to our hostel to unwind with a few games of pool and a self service bar!!!! A recommended hostel to anyone going to Brazil, we saw hummingbirds, frogs and could hear all the sounds of the jungle. The place was lovely with great staff. Chris & Kaz x

the start of a 14hr trip on a bus which turned out to take 20hrs including a 2 and a half hour wait at a bus station in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. buses were actually pretty plush but unfortunately we got stuck by the toilets and the smell was unreal!!!! also it was harder and harder to spot our 2 bus connections as the night wore on ...
