... the road, where I ordered a huge bowl packed full of goodies, and it was probably the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. Afterwards, I literally couldn't move. I had eaten way too much food but luckily all I had to do was sit in the car on the way home.
We passed the main avenue in town to be greeted by hundreds of people celebrating Carnaval in a closed off section of the street and it hasn't even started yet! Apparently Carnaval here in BH is going to be ...

After meeting a lot of people, we decided to go to Rei do Pastel for a late night feed before going home. Late night feed meant we finished eating at 4am. Rei do Pastel, while not being the most healthy thing to eat, surely tackles the late night hunger!
... the metro train for the first time ever to get to this new bus station, in an area I have never been to before. The confusion, my god. I was lucky enough to navigate my way there and secure a ticket for the journey. When the bus arrived I became far more relaxed, settled in to my reclining seat, with snacks and wifi and went to bed to the sound of sertanejo which i now conveniently now have on my ipod. What a day... I hope Brasilia is worth ...

Today is the day! Tim and I met up in the hotel lobby and headed off to hotel where Alex was staying after we chilled out a bit in the morning. When we got there Alex was waiting for us with a big smile and not even the slightest amount of nerves. Rod arrived a little bit later and ordered room service because he had a bit of a bit night the previous night.
For the first time in probably a year, I shaved, got ready, and admired the view from Alex's balling ...
