... to the spa for a massage. There was nothing else to do! Had one final, and bad, meal at the hotel (seriously, how does the Indonesian hotel mess up their Indonesian food so badly?!). Since the holiday was over I was advised to give myself two hours to get to the airport. It took 35 minutes. And the airport did not have air conditioning. So...that was fun!

... Among the beautiful birds of every imaginable color we also saw giant bats, monkeys, other small nocturnal animals, cats, dogs, mice, snakes, geese, chickens, roosters and lizards. We got brave enough to enter one of the stalls and the man immediately opened a cage and stuck a small iguana on me. The little guy scurried up to my neck and then went still.
