      The Cape of Good Hope

Even though it would be hard to top seeing penguins, I was eager to get to the reason I took this tour: Cape Point. The most southwesterly tip of Africa, Cape Point was long thought to be the meeting point between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. People would flock to the spot where they could dip ...

... lodges. There were also other travelers around so we were happy to have more company for a change. They too had a family style dinner and you could sing to earn your dinner otherwise you'd have to pay. Paddy pulled out his guitar and sang some of the songs he wrote.
