    ... were the only passengers so we took off when ready. It was a Robinson 44 helicopter, room for a pilot and three passengers, with lots of perspex for excellent viewing. We flew down to Cape Point (right next to the Cape of Good Hope) then back up the eastern side of Cape Peninsula. Altitude around 2,200 ft and 110 knots speed. All up about 45 minutes and very good.     ... forming near the road. Once back at the hotel we freshened up and then went to the V&A Waterfront in Capetown for dinner. This waterfront used to be old run down warehouses that they refurbished and turned into an upscale shopping and restaurant area. We were also treated to some music while we ate from an African Male singing group. Back to our hotel, do a little more laundry and head to bed for another early morning tomorrow.

    ... gas started blinking in the moment when we were approx. 100 km from the closest settlement.

    Once we reached the town Gonzalo did not want to stop because he was convinced that we would be able to get to Windhoek using the leftovers in our tank. After we passed the town our car refused to keep on going. We ran out of gas!
