    ... 00 noon. We took the tickets and then we just killed time until the tour. The boys weren't overly impressed with the Dam. It was not their favorite thing to do but I really enjoyed it and we all learned a lot about the history and ingenuity of an earlier generation. The Hoover Dam is one of the 7 modern wonders of the world.

    We rode the hotel shuttle to the strip. Everyone here is tattooed and smoking. Walked through Harrahs (casino) and then to Caesars Palace. Awesome inside and out. Marble statues, fountains, painted ceilings, mosaic tiles. Stunning. Spent all day walking around and shopping. We had dinner in the Paris casino, which has a sizeable replica Eiffel Tower outside, and the inside has life size replica legs disappearing through the ceiling. ...

    ... the water. The ceiling has digital screens that resemble windows projecting rain, clouds and flying birds. It was a very amazing show. The theater is a theater in the round with very plush seats and no seat is more than 12 rows from the stage. None of us knew what to expect but I think we all enjoyed the show.
