      ... winter
trip, and we had a great time, although I think we were a bit unlucky to catch a spell of not such good weather. We have learnt a lot, like the areas which we like best and which places are likely to get consistently dry warm weather. ... with a much needed cuppa, but soon sipping cider and cucumber, out the back, on the roof and around tiller at rear...lots of fun and everyone so relaxed and enjoying it all. Gradually out into country fields, cows, sheep, hawthorn hedgerows again with occasional beautiful cottages and gardens on canal edge....through Tilt bridges (opening them first after undoing a pin), and under many little stone bridges, crossing a few little viaducts ...

      Hi everyone
Sorry for the delay in writing this blog. I've been busy playing tourist and trying to get to see everything I want to see and do. I didn't take in to account how exhausted I would be but really I should have known after being laid up for so long!

Now on to the good news! I spent a lovely few days in Fairy Oak Hampshire with Marlene and John. We managed to get around to see a few things ...
