Kevin had the boar Bombette with three different fillings one rocket the and Parmesan, one mushroom and bacon, one buffalo mozzarella , I had Orecchiette with a slow cooked meat sauce,both very meaty dishes. Kevin's entree was meatballs and tomato sauce and I had beef carpaccio which is paper thin raw beef cut and served with rocket leaves and Parmesan. We had a half bottle of local Primativo red. ... All the buildings were painted white and small little streets.
While we were walking around Mum and Dad saw some Aussies and started a chat with them.
We drove home and jumped into the pool and the water was really nice.
When it was 8:00 clock Riley, Zara and I jumped into the pool again.
The water was still really nice so I enjoyed it.
Up at 5.30am (body alarm still active). I am taking advantage of this by doing a 30min walk around the top deck while watching the sun rise over a brilliant calm sea. Our guide told us that it would work like a menu for travellers who did not speak the local language. You could also see the outline of penises throughout the ruins pointing in the direction of the brothels. We had a quick lunch and I bought some interesting melon and cream liqueurs that are made locally in Pompei. ...
