The landing was a little off, there was a rainstorm flooding the runway as we landed and the plane swayed from side to side as it braked down the runway, I presume the plane was hydroplaning or the puddles were slowing one side more than the other or something, but a very rough and wobbly landing once touched down.

Today we caught the bus to one of chinas famous water towns, Xitang. Xitang was made famous when mission impossible 3 was filmed there. Not only is it national day today but its also Liane's birthday so we'd been planning on having some fun. We arrived and had some lunch at a place that genuinely had me fearing for my health and then it was time to enter the water town area. Talk about movie stars... Yo, Hangzhou
... the sheer fun being on a boat made me lose any sense of dignified bearing. At that moment in time, it was as if I was six years old, and had just been handed a sparkler.
