    ... one yoga class back home. We lucked out in having 3 aspiring yoga teachers at Rak in the time that I've spent here.     ... t have the best of luck when it comes to animal poo! Shortly after 7pm we pulled up to the village of Chok Chai, where Tony had arranged for the three of us to stay with one of his friends called Pete. We had dinner prepared for us, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality from Pete. He is an gentleman in his late 50s who comes from Holland. I've managed to re-do my washing since being here so let's hope it doesn't rain again whilst it's out drying ...

    A great nights sleep and I dont wake up until 10:15. We briefly pop downstairs for breakfast then back to the room as I dont feel as though I have finished with my bed just yet.
