A day in the life
... br> I will post some pictures of my street in Uppsala. I have recently moved from this awful place that the university arranged for me to live at, where I spent my first 2 months, and I am living in this beautiful peaceful neighborhood. It's just kind of far away from town.. But things are quite difficult here when it comes to finding a suitable/affordable place to live.. So there's not much choice. And I truly love my place, so I can't complain! :)

Välkommen till Sverige!
Daniel and I arrived in Sweden on thursday afternoon. The RyanAir flight was uneventful, and while the plane was quite small and there wasn't much or any snacks provided, it was amazingly cheap and therefore great! There was food avail for purchase, and so we shared a beer :)
Västerås - the airport that RyanAir flies to - is actually about 100 km from Stockholm, but as we weren't going to Stockholm it's not an issue. Tuula (mom) ...
Dalicarlian Delight
I concluded my 2 month adventure with a 2 day visit to Anna's aunt Birgitta in Leksand, which is in the traditional Dalicarlian region of Sweden. I should note we had a small delay on the train ride up to Leksand since the train hit a moose, which apparently isn't that uncommon here. The Last Day of the Summer Gathering
... just right. It wasn't too short and not too long. The last presentation was mine and was entitled "The Gospel of the Kingdom of God." We passed out the last of the handouts and tidied up the meeting hall. A number of our people had to leave on the 1:06 PM train that headed towards Stockholm.
