The friends that I had planned to stay with in Stockholm were away for the weekend and so had to find a place to spend a couple of days between Oslo and Stockholm. Had planned to have reached them already but hadn't anticipated the breakdown obviously.

Said goodbye to Norway, quite relieved that the car had made it out of the country alive (at least Sweden would be significantly cheaper if ...

    ... summer..

After a late rising, we enjoyed a long relaxed breakfast before being driven to the station, all over so soon! After all the discussions in our dorm in Geelong 5 years ago, true to my word I had finally joined Andrea for a Swedish midsummer! ... had a nice chat to a
girl in a cafe in the airport whilst waiting for my train. I was so
grateful that the Swedes know how to make good strong coffee!!

It had been cheaper to buy a non flexible first class ticket than the
standard so I ended up in a little room on the train with three others,
very comfortable until the baby soiled it's nappy! The views were
stunning, so green and very similar to Germany and Canada with the ...

After our busy day yesterday being tourists, we decided to enjoy the day relaxing next to a lake not far from our camp spot. Unknown to us last night when we parked as it was late, but it actually is a popular spot with the locals and became busier as the day ...
