    ... city centre bus station and bought our bus tickets to Pamporovo. A light lunch while we waited and we were soon on our way. 4 hours later, we arrived in a snowy Pamporovo. We checked in to our apartment in Grand Monastery. We bought some brekkie groceries in the supermarket and then settled down for the night, after a beer or 2 of course!     ... which looked only about a square metre wide. The church is made from a peculiar type of stone with holes in, a bit like Swiss cheese! It looks good though. I saw some ancient murals inside, and lit a beeswax candle for Dad in a tiny chapel in the garden.
