Noodles and sleep
The flight wasn't too bad, the highlight being the 'sun’ loungers at Dubai airport – horizontal is good.
At 9am, when we got out of the airport, Bangkok was already getting hot. After freshening up in our (thankfully air conditioned) hotel room we headed out to explore a bit of the city. We decided to grab some food on the (in) …

I love Bangkok. Apart from the noise and the stink and the confusion from all the cars and tuk-tuk three wheelers, it's quite fun just trying to get your bearings. Kelly, however, has been a bit overwhelmed with all the stimulation. So far, we've been taking it very slow.

Apart from the fact no taxi driver or tut-tuk driver has ever heard of it the hotel is great. Clean, comfortable and quiet. 30 min walk from Wat Po. Perfect. Haven't tried the breakfast yet.
