Saint-Nicolas a small town east of Nancy on the River Meurthe one of the larger towns of Lorraine. With an impressive looking Basilica. Don't go! Read on. Aire. Tired and a very tatty but in the heart of the town next to the river. No marked bays and parking in the picnic area is no longer possible due to low branches on the trees. So only room for 4! ... Wednesday I dedicated to cleaning my apartment and just enjoying some "me" time. I'm still not used to the time change, and I write this as my clock hits 2am.

Wednesday evening, Thomas arrived at Nancy and I helped him get settled in. We don't have a central air system, but we have space heaters, and those are quite the adventure to figure out.

Thursday morning, I promised to take Thomas grocery shopping and showing him around the city. ...
