One more day until I leave for Paris! I asked Emily (French Emily) a couple days ago if I could hitch a ride with her on Saturday and she said it was alright. We are leaving at 10am Saturday morning and should arrive in the early afternoon.

Meanwhile, tonight Emily is having a party at her apartment and then afterwards we are going to this party at "Le Chat Noir" (the Black Cat) for ...

Fine and sunny, 14-25deg, 72km, av. 15.5km/h, tot. 990 km. Great brekky in the motel again and cycled away at 8:00am. Soon onto a lovely sealed canal path, which wasn't to last unfortunately. It wasn't till the 52km mark that we picked up a decent path ...

I repacked to try and fit things a little better. I made more room. I want to go shopping because they are so many sales, but I know that I can't fit ...

... off - he had said earlier how sarcasm/irony were another language of his, so I just figured he was joking. Nope, he was serious. During our second session this afternoon, he asked us to put our answers in a piece of paper and write our name on it. The correct answer was the media (we should have known, that was the topic of wednesday's class!) and only one student got the correct answer (our mix of students includes a few Germans, many Americans, many Mexicans, one from ...

... gets in. This time, it was Lina who didn't wake up on time. Harlea and I knocked and knocked on her door until she woke up. We headed to the mall and got some lunch. The mall, Centre Commercial Saint Sebastien, is literally just 20 minutes of walking straight from Pythagore (we're all fan of the ease of getting there).

Lina and I got cough medicine since we're both now sick and she was set to leave to a ski seminar this morning, so she couldn't afford a ...
