Very large room equipped with all the modern day equipment. It also has a stone bath and amazing rain shower.
Location was less central than we had first assumed however not difficult to get around as there is an abundance of taxis, trains and shuttles.

Tonight I ended up at an English pub watching the FA cup final as everyone I met the hotel was doing that. I know I should probably have been off looking for authentic middle eastern cuisine, not scoffing a pot pie, with a pint of London pride, but I guess this also says something about Dubai. It's got huge expat community so they have made home away from home everywhere. It's a fascinating place, and I could only scratch the surface in one day, but hopefully I'll be back.
