... 2014 were to change the face of our trip....forever! On this fateful night the four of us decided to wonder down the main road to find a place for dinner. Keeping to our strictly non Indian diet (after a while going without, you really start craving western food!) we saw this place offering three beers for Rs100...that's £1, how could we refuse!? We had a look at the menu but something else had caught our attention, a huge juicy looking tuna fish sitting ...

... happy about that. I took six classes and was insanely stressed running around like a chicken with my head cut off figuring out things for study abroad. I thought I failed all of my finals... I was too busy crying about not getting my visa and worrying that I wouldn't be able to come to India on time rather than studying... what a relief. That seems like ages ago.

Quite funny looking back but as I ended up by the window and have not sustained any sort of brain injury (that I'm aware of) is quite remarkable! Had to be done though as all part ...

Woke up extremely rough!! We had breakfast in the hotel and after we'd pulled round a bit we hired a scooter for £2.50 for the day and a few others also joined us, there was Mirko with Dane riding on the back of his scooter and Helene with Tark on the back of hers, he couldn't drive because he'd broken his toe from the night before, dancing. We headed out to find Anjuna beach, KV told us to just keep asking people along the way and they'll ...

... by taxi and we walked about a kilometer through town to our place, The Palolem Beach Resort. Again the order of business as soon as we got our beach huts was to make a beeline to the beach for a swim. The beach was absolutely beautiful with golden soft sand, lined with coconut palms and warm water. For the next three nights and two days I did pretty much nothing but turn into a beach bum. I seriously did not wear any shoes the whole time I was there; even ...
