It has its own supply of churches, cathedrals, shops, cafes. Italy is just full of this type of town.

Our last night in Italy (for now) we came down from the mountain ( not in his triumph) (or similar) and have spent our last 2 days on the shores of lake Garda at the beautiful hotel Gardenia Al Lago in the small town of Gargnano. Taking it relatively easy, relaxing in the peaceful garden beside the lake or on one of our 2 count then 2, balconies overlooking the lake! The hotel lobby immediately reminds you of one of those European Hotels they always show in the James Bond Movies. There are huge sitting chairs throughout the lobby, various sitting rooms around the perimeter of the lobby area and room keys on those giant key fobs that you turn into the ...

Up early & on way to Innsbruck. Passing thru Verona Italy...home of Romeo & Juliet. Passing thru Bolzano Italy. We are told the Otzi the Ice Man is here on display....man found all intact in 1991. He is 5000 yr old. A dozen people who have handled him have all died. 'No one wants to have much to do with him now' :). So pretty going thru the Alps. Crossing border into Austria @ Brenner. Bye bye ...
