Today is the day I'm leaving Switzerland to go shopping, and I took the train to get to Germany. I went to LAGO which is located in Konstanz. I purchased items for my family and Swiss family, and items for myself. Shopping was fun and a good way to end my trip. I also liked seeing the different clothes and items, which many are different from what we have in the U.S. After I was done shopping I took the train back to Winterthur, and packed my bags. ...

We're heading to Aosta in the Italian Alps for 10 days then a couple of weeks in Val Ferret, Switzerland then loafing somewhere else in the mountains til the end of July. ... because it is south of the Rhein River and from the air, bombers couldn't tell where the border was between Switzerland and Germany, so they were just using the river as a border. ... and headed back to walk around town. The climb to the castle was pretty intense, after a beer, we both were ready to head out. Getting late and we still had to stop and pick up dinner. :-)

Headed off to Heathrow airport in the morning and will be headed home on Sunday.
