... I passed a place that had large pallet sized wooden boxes stacked up high... I thought it was where the vineyards might send their grapes... Turned out to be a patata processing plant... ... checked out the inside of the church. Then pushed on again. Hard going today, but in too scared to take off my shoes and see what the blisters are doing. Clive is suffering big time. Took another blue pill today just to get through. He won't give up though, or give in by sending his backpack by 'transport'. Do or die..... Lunch was in Redecilla del Camino in the little pub. ... by San Juan himself. He is entombed in a sarcophagus within the church. Went to the pilgrims Mass and Benediction in the church. Very moving although I didnt understand most of it (in Spanish). Fortunately, the Catholic Order of Mass is the same all over the world, so it is easy enough to follow. Some pieces were said in English by the Priest. Amazing to see all the storks nesting in the cathedrals with their huge nests. I don't know how the storks put up with all the news with the bells ringing incessantly around them.

... story. As for me, I enjoyed my time alone but I miss Tammy's company. After 25 years of marriage, she is a part of me and when she is absent, I feel incomplete. I am looking forward to when her feet are well enough that we can walk together again - hopefully in a few days.
