... and opened a small hotel/spa on their grounds. The Gehry designed building (opened in 2006) dominates the countryside and certainly makes the winery a destination for the region. Tour buses now makes stops and other area wineries offer tastings and tours as well. We took a tour of the premises and the ageing and bottling process of the winery. ... To the bar! We've had our usual Aquarius and beer. With a little time to kill before the water, hopefully, comes back on, Paul has tried a couple of new drinks: a Basque one is wine with coke, the other was a southern Spain specialty, wine with lemonade. Up early today as people were rustling around from 5.30. It is OK as it is lights out at 10pm so we get plenty of sleep.

Before we went to bed, Warren dressed his toes and one did not look good. We heard a funny story yesterday when an ex nun from Brisbane was saying that she sat on a rock along the way yesterday and lost her balance and went **** over backwards.
