      ... feel here. Quite a few English and I think Swedish near me. I had my orientation with one of the trainers and got some helpful hints about the program, as well as the area and Thailand. He moved here from Vegas a couple of years ago so knew the things that might be a cultural shock or to worry about.       ... with the mask off, although really uncomfortable at a) not being able to see, and b) trying to breath through mouth with bubbles going up from my regulator into my nose and I think a bit of water went up my nose, but anyway....Once the mask was back on my face, full of sea water of course, I could not empty it - again! I was getting really frustrated, anxious and pretty upset I have to say.
