... kung fu because many of the kung fu founders were from Foshan. I learnt a lot about Yip Man who trained Bruce Lee. From the sounds of it he was such a kind and peaceful man, and also stressed the connections with religion and the importance of the mind in kung fu. It was really interesting to read about. I then watched a demonstration of kung fu from some teenagers who were training - they also brought out a toddler to have a go which was really cute!
