... get that far. He gave an example of a killer David grey who shot & killed 13 people in a town of only 35. He was shot in the process and the paramedics were called. When they got to him, they decided there was no rush so they took a break to have a cup of tea and he died. David said the prevailing attitude was " fair enough"! - it's good to be a merino sheep...they live for 8 years giving off wool....not so good to be a non merino lamb...about a 5 month life ...

We had a great few hours drive down from Kaikoura to Christchurch. Another gorgeous scenic route. We only had one night here before picking up our motorhome for 11 days but are back here again before our flight to Sydney. It's a really nice city but has so much closed off and shut still from the earthquakes. ... it was very interesting but I can't really remember what I saw already! Whoops! after that I went to some shops, then wandered back to the hostel taking the long route so I could find out where I was getting picked up in the morning, then back at the hostel I had crumpets for lunch and a nice cuppa tea �� I then planned the trip so I know where il be and when, then went back to the supermarket so I could get some more bits and some food for lunch ...
