      ... Gentileshci. After nearly three hours she came out dazed and happy. So much so that even after a refreshing glass, and a relax in the hotel, she could not get her head together enough to order dinner! She reckoned she was on a (legal!!) high. (and we have 3 more weeks of this...Michael quipped).       ... even Rome only has 23) connected hy crowded walkways, millions of signs, several lifts (some not working) at least two long escalators, and several miles it seemed of stairs. Eventually we found our way, maming a mental note to allow about two hours to find our way back when we move in three days!

      ... looked like a post office. I stopped and walked up and saw there was an ATM. I was almost completely out of petrol and I had seen a small garage a few kilometers back, so I thought it would be safest to head back. I made it and filled the bike up. I fixed the exhaust which had been knocked off as I hit a hole earlier. I added a bit of engine oil and felt exhausted but relived.
