      Croatia has an amazing coastline, dotted with beautiful beaches ( although not like our white sandy ones) and also hundreds of little islands...Croatia is definitely somewhere that you would return to see more off.

      We then visited the Diocletian Palace in the historic old town in Split....only the foundations remain of this very old palace now as it was destroyed by incoming rulers...the venetians once ruled here as well. ...

We must have passed by or it was closed, so we went to the small green grocer square and bought some veggies and olive oil. We asked this guy about the butcher and he told us where to look.
